The Galway Folk Festival held their launch recently at McBrides on Dominick Street with singer-songwriter Padraig Jack receiving a warm reception for his music in the run up to the Galway Folk Festival 2023, taking place from June 13th-18th. For six days and nights, Galway city comes alive to the best of trad, folk and beyond with a feast of free and ticketed events, as the city hosts local and international artists in a celebration of the folk genre.
