Gourmet Food Parlour, leading Irish restaurant group, has launched a refreshed offering at its Salthill restaurant. Gourmet Food Parlour is famed for its quality service and enviable menu in its six restaurants nationwide and the Salthill location holds a special place in the heart of the owner, Lorraine Heskin, who is a Galway native herself.
The restaurant has recently revitalised its décor, with the installation of high quality fabrics and furnishings and a focus placed on the customer experience. The exterior of the restaurant has been revamped, covered in greenery the establishment really catches the eye.
The décor is just a part of the new and improved Gourmet Food Parlour Salthill though. With changes made recently to the daytime menus, which includes breakfast, brunch and lunch, the restaurant has excitedly just launched a brand new dinner offering with new dishes and of course some customer favourites.
Guests, including VIP customers, press, influential tastemakers and neighbours to the Salthill eatery attended an exclusive event to enjoy a taste of the new dinner dishes and expertly crafted cocktails, experience the top class service and the overall unique Gourmet Food Parlour experience.
Not only can customers enjoy delicious food, the drinks list has enough variety to please any palate. From rich reds to sumptuous rosés, crisp whites and refreshing bubbles, the recently revamped wine list is comprehensive.
For beer lovers there is Peroni on draught and Guinness micro-draught available and for cocktails, customers can enjoy classics such as Espresso Martinis, Whiskey Sours, Pornstar Martinis and much more, as well as Gourmet Food Parlour special serves such as The Gin Garden.
On the launch, CEO and EY Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, Lorraine Heskin, said: “I’m personally delighted to celebrate this newly revitalised offering at Gourmet Food Parlour Salthill.
“I know the team are equally excited to showcase the changes at the restaurant to our valued customers.
“As a Galway native, our Salthill restaurant holds a special place in my heart as do our customers here, so to give the space an aesthetic lift, putting the experience at the forefront of everything we do, and updating the menu, specifically tailored to our Salthill customer, has been a joy for everyone at Gourmet Food Parlour and we can’t wait for new and loyal customers alike to experience it.”
