Salthill in Galway is a new and exciting discovery as the perfect holiday destination for many families who stayed in Ireland over the past two years. Undeniably, this is no surprise to the many who regularly visit the west’s favourite resort. Right now, the village Salthill is gearing up to welcome back both newbies and the regulars this summer. With this in mind, there is an amazing package of options for everyone, from the very small to the young at heart.

The Perfect Location:

Salthill has its own unique character. Ideally located next door to the bustling centre of Galway city, it is the perfect launching pad for tours of the wonders of Connemara to the west. As well as this, there is a friendly atmosphere that people love to return to year after year. Not only that, but it’s the ideal stopping off point, too, along the Wild Atlantic Way.  Whether exploring a section of the now famous route or travelling the full distance from south to north, Salthill is the place to take a breath and enjoy the sandy shores.
